Job Summary: Experienced Recovery Executive to manage overdue collections, ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsbilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue installments through telephone calls and field visits.
- Collect outstanding payments within the assigned timeline.
- Negotiate payment commitments and follow up until recovery is completed.
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace for collection activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collections, and payment commitments.
- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Recovery Manager regarding difficult or high-risk cases.
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Salary 18000 to 25000/-
