We are seeking an innovative, energetic Creative Head to oversee our creative department, drive visual strategy, and craft memorable digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Creative Leadership & Strategy: Lead the overall creative vision, visual language, and content strategy for all digital campaigns, brand identities, and client marketing initiatives.
- Team Management: Direct, mentor,



and inspire a multidisciplinary team of graphic designers, motion artists, copywriters, and video editors.
- Workflow & Quality Control: Establish creative workflows, maintain quality standards across high-volume deliverables, and meet tight agency deadlines.
- Client Pitches & Brand Management: Lead pitch decks, present creative strategies to clients, and ensure all deliverables strictly adhere to client brand guidelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
