We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with 10–15 years of hands-on experience in Injection Molding Production. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete production process, ensuring production targets, quality standards, productivity and timely delivery are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize and manage daily injection molding production activities.
- Prepare and execute production plans according to customer requirements and dispatch schedules.
- Manage manpower, machines, molds and materials to achieve production targets.
- Monitor production quantity, rejection, downtime and machine utilization.
- Improve OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and machine productivity.
- Control production wastage, rejection and material consumption.
- Identify production problems and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Optimize injection molding processes to improve productivity and reduce production costs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and other departments for smooth production.
- Implement and maintain 5S and Kaizen practices on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality systems and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality.
- Develop and implement preventive actions for recurring production and quality issues.
- Train, guide and manage production supervisors, operators and workers.




- Maintain production reports and analyze daily/monthly production performance.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, discipline and safety practices on the production floor.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Injection Molding Production.
- Production Planning & Control (PPC).
- Knowledge of OEE improvement and productivity enhancement.
- 5S and Kaizen implementation.
- Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving.
- Process optimization and cycle-time reduction.
- Rejection and waste control.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Good manpower and shop-floor management skills.

Added Advantage: Experience in PET Preform Production/Process will be preferred.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in injection molding production and the ability to independently manage production operations, manpower and production targets. Valuable communication, leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
