About the Role

We're building the AI systems that power enterprise transformation for companies across 40+ countries. As a Senior AI / ML Engineer, you'll design, train, and deploy production-grade models that solve real-world problems at scale.

What You'll Do

- Design and build end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model serving
- Fine-tune and deploy large language models for enterprise use cases
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI-powered features
- Conduct model evaluation, performance benchmarking, and continuous improvement
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our internal AI knowledge base
- Stay current with research and translate new techniques into practical solutions

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of professional ML/AI engineering experience
- Strong Python skills; proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, or agent frameworks
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, W&B;, Kubeflow, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an asynchronous, remote-first environment

Nice to Have

- Published research or open-source contributions
- Experience with computer vision or multi-modal models
- Background in enterprise software or B2B SaaS environments
