We are looking for a knowledgeable US Freight Brokerage / Logistics professional who can train students through practical, industry-focused sessions and help them understand how freight operations work in the US market.

Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on US freight brokerage and trucking operations
- Explain how loads are sourced, booked and managed throughout the process
- Train students on carrier communication, load coordination and rate negotiation
- Demonstrate dispatch-related procedures and day-to-day freight workflows
- Use practical examples and real-world scenarios to make concepts easier to understand
- Prepare learners for professional communication and operational responsibilities in the US logistics industry
- Provide guidance on commonly used freight-related processes, tools and practices

Desired Experience & Skills





- At least 1 year of experience in US Freight Brokerage / Logistics
- Practical exposure to US trucking, dispatch, freight brokerage or carrier operations
- Clear understanding of the US freight industry and its working processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain operational concepts in a simple and structured manner
- Training, coaching or mentoring experience will be considered a plus
