The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and ensuring that the application s data framework supports both current and future business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance.
- Robust knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices for designing scalable data architectures.
- Experience with data storage solutions and integration methods to support complex application environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize data flows to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information:
