Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and caring Residential Warden to supervise residents and maintain a safe, disciplined, and comfortable residential environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise residents and monitor daily activities.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
- Monitor attendance and entry/exit.
- Address residents' needs and concerns.
- Maintain basic records and report issues to management.
Requirements
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a warden or in a similar role is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to stay at the residential facility.
