Drishti services may directly impact the child or adult stakeholders who are working with these children. Services that impact the child directly are assessments & therapy (counselling, special education, etc) and those that indirectly impact the child (through adult stakeholders) are capacity building programs and therapy support programs.

Job Description:

- Planning and execution of Annual Plan for Psychology Department
- Monitoring of Annual Plan
- Liaise with administrators and clients
- Managing and monitoring the operations of Psychology Department
- Implementing new systems for smooth operations
- Constant development work with regard to existing systems
- Quality Enhancement
- Conducting workshops
- Assessment & Diagnostics
- Report Writing

Educational Qualification - Masters in Psychology

Experience - Min 6 - 8 years of experience as a school counsellor/psychologist

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
