Sales Manager – V-Aspire Programme
Location: Novel Office, Marathahalli

Own Laptop and Mobile phone is mandatory.

- Take complete ownership of the V-Aspire Programme, managing all sales, admissions, counselling, revenue generation, and business development activities end-to-end.
- Drive the complete admissions cycle, including lead management, outbound calling, follow-ups, student and parent counselling, negotiations, admission closures, and fee conversion.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets and ensure consistent business growth for the programme.
- Manage and monitor the entire sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, effective lead nurturing, minimum lead leakage, and continuous improvement in lead-to-admission conversion rates.
- Lead and manage the team, set targets, monitor individual and team performance, provide regular guidance, and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
- Work closely with the Marketing, CRM,



Coordinators and School teams to ensure seamless execution of the programme and effective coordination across all stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, explore potential markets and partnerships, strengthen programme visibility, and implement initiatives that contribute to admission growth and revenue generation.
- Regularly analyse sales performance, lead sources, conversion ratios, counselling outcomes, revenue, and other business metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales and business reports to management, providing transparent insights on performance, challenges, opportunities, and future action plans.
- Act as the overall manager for V-Aspire, taking complete accountability for its sales performance, admissions, revenue, team productivity, customer experience, and sustainable business growth.
