741313 - role: SF Consultant ( Developer ) Role Summary: Functional leadership focused on designing, implementing, and scaling conversational AI solutions for Allianz Privée. Core Responsibilities Design the logic and flows of the Agentforce Voice Agent intended to provide out-of-hours support, enabling user authentication, retrieving information in Salesforce, and delivering first-level guidance. Structure the use of the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to ensure the voice agent properly consults the reference document library directly attached to it. Lead joint discovery sessions with the team and client to define future use cases and KPIs, such as Coverage Gap Analysis and omnichannel integrations (WhatsApp/SMS). Operate within a "Dual Initiative" framework, maintaining business logic consistency with the core stabilization team (Milena and Dario)



and orchestrating technical delivery with the team. Key Requirements Senior level with specialization in solution design within Salesforce, with specific knowledge of Agentforce, conversational AI, and integrations ( Amazon Connect).
