Job Overview

We are hiring E-Commerce Process Executives for our BPO operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, positive communication skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to e-commerce processes.
- Provide timely and professional customer support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information.
- Follow process guidelines and meet quality & productivity targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months–1 year BPO experience is mandatory.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Candidates must be local to Jaipur.




- No relocation cases will be considered.
- Good communication and basic computer skills are required.
