Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow TPRM Sr. Solution Engineer to provide technical leadership and hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong ServiceNow development skills, solid TPRM domain knowledge, and the ability to work directly with stakeholders and distributed delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, implement, and support ServiceNow TPRM solutions.
- Configure TPRM workflows, assessments, questionnaires, risk scoring, approvals, notifications, dashboards, and reporting.
- Work with Inherent Risk Questionnaires (IRQ), Vendor Risk Assessments (VRA), risk tiering, remediation, and continuous monitoring.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Use Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Builder, scripting, Glide API, reports, dashboards, and role-based security.
- Review and optimize existing TPRM processes, workflows, configurations, and implementations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions while maintaining upgradeability and best practices.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, solution designs, test plans, technical documentation, and deployment notes.
- Support development, testing, UAT, defect resolution, rollout, and post-production hypercare.
- Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer,



and mentoring to junior consultants/admins.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed technical teams.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow TPRM experience.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow TPRM/GRC capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Notifications, UI Builder, Reports, Dashboards, and Security Roles.
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Good understanding of TPRM, vendor risk assessments, compliance, remediation, issue management, and risk scoring.
- Knowledge of security/compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, CIS, or NERC CIP.
- Strong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – TPRM – Preferred.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or Performance Analytics.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React, AngularJS, or Java.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualified experience.

What We’re Looking For

A hands-on ServiceNow TPRM SME/Solution Engineer who can independently handle solution design, configuration, development, integrations, stakeholder discussions, testing, and post-production support.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
