Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain client portfolios through the company App & WhatsApp Coordinate projects across multiple levels — Designers, Vendors, Contractors, Clients & Principal Consultant Act as the communication bridge between clients and the internal project team. Provide prompt on-call assistance to clients for project-related queries. Track project updates, requirements, follow-ups and commitments. Ensure smooth communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure a positive client experience.



Key Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Good command of English & Hindi Strong follow-up and coordination skills Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Professional, confident and client-friendly personality Positive knowledge of WhatsApp, mobile apps & basic computer operations Experience in Interior Design / Architecture / Real Estate / Hospitality will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
