Job Description – Construction Head

Role Objective

To take complete ownership of project execution and site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Goal of the Role

To ensure complete and successful execution of the project , from planning to handover , with ownership of timelines, quality, cost, safety and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end responsibility for construction and site execution across the project.

- Lead planning and execution of multiple high-rise residential towers.

- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and critical paths to ensure timely completion.

- Oversee day-to-day site operations, construction progress and resource planning.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, façade, interiors, design and other consultants for smooth execution.

- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and timelines.

- Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site teams; ensure timely mobilisation and productivity.

- Monitor project costs, budgets, material consumption and resource utilisation.





- Identify execution risks and take timely corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements and project approvals.

- Coordinate with the developer, architects, consultants and other key stakeholders.

- Conduct regular site and project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management.

- Resolve critical site issues and provide timely decisions on construction methodology, resources and execution challenges.

- Ensure the project meets the required quality, finish and delivery standards, particularly for premium/luxury developments.

- Lead and build a strong, accountable and performance-driven project and site execution team.

Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in high-rise / super high-rise construction or EPC.

- Strong experience in end-to-end project and site execution.

- Experience handling 60+ floor / large-scale high-rise projects preferred.

- Robust knowledge of construction planning, execution, quality, safety and project controls.

- Experience managing large contractors, consultants, vendors and multi-disciplinary teams.

- Strong understanding of cost control, project timelines and resource management.

- Experience in premium/luxury residential projects would be an advantage.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

- International / expat experience in high-rise construction would be an added advantage.
