About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.





Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid phone presence and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with customers.

Technical Skills Required

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
