Job Summary

*Responsible for achieving Sales Target.

* Sell Residential properties Noida / Gr. Noida
* Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated sales in the residential segment in the Zone/ territory
* Develop relationships with builders and investors and end- customers.
* Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions prices.
* Provide advisory/consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.
* Understand clients needs and purpose solutions that suit them best.
*Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
* Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
* Participate in active marketing initiatives ,attending industry events,exhibitions.
* Being abreast of the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macroeconomics on the sector

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
