We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of cars, automobile features, models, specifications, and the current car market.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cars based on their needs and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, mileage, performance, and benefits to customers.
- Conduct and coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls, online enquiries, and other channels.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the purchase process.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
- Achieve monthly and individual sales targets.
- Stay updated on new car models, features, competitors, offers, and automobile industry trends.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance,



documentation, and delivery teams when required.

Requirements

- Good knowledge and genuine interest in cars and the automobile industry.
- Previous experience in automobile/car sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with good convincing abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a sales-driven environment.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
