We are hiring Graduate Freshers for the position of Customer Service Executive for an International Voice Process with a leading ITES company in Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

This is a excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to begin their career in the customer service and international BPO industry.

Eligibility

- Graduate Freshers can apply
- Only candidates from 2024, 2025, and 2026 pass-out batches
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat support
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns
- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality
- Document customer interactions accurately




- Follow process guidelines, company policies, and quality standards
- Ensure a positive customer experience
