Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging classroom training on Aviation, Airport Operations & Hospitality.
- Train students in Communication Skills, Personality Development, Grooming & Customer Handling.
- Conduct activities, role plays, mock interviews and group discussions.
- Prepare students for airline, airport and hospitality interviews.
- Monitor student performance and provide individual feedback.
- Develop training materials, activities and assessments.
- Maintain a professional and positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and requirements.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Aviation, Hospitality, Management, Communication or a related field.
- Relevant experience in aviation training, soft skills training, hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong personality with confidence and classroom-handling ability.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹20,866.44 - ₹35,009.30 per month
