Fibre Bond Industries is looking for a creative and technically skilled Tool & Mould Designer with knowledge of 2D and 3D design software for developing buckle moulds, buckle designs, machine parts, fixtures, and small industrial tools.

Freshers with strong technical knowledge, creativity, and passion for design and machine development are also welcome to apply.

Candidates having knowledge of 3D printing, prototype development, and practical manufacturing concepts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Create 2D drawings and 3D models for:

Iron buckle moulds

Zinc moulds

Buckle designs

Small machine parts

Fixtures and production tools

Develop practical and production-friendly designs.

Modify and improve existing moulds and machine parts.

Product & Prototype Development

Create new buckle concepts and product designs.

Support sampling and prototype development.

Work on 3D printed prototypes for testing and development purposes.

Machine & Tool Design

Design easy automation parts and custom machine components.

Prepare technical drawings for fabrication and machining.

Coordination with Production Team

Coordinate with mould makers, maintenance staff, and production supervisors.

Visit production floor to understand practical manufacturing challenges.

Required Skills

Software Knowledge

Candidate should have basic or advanced knowledge of:

AutoCAD

SolidWorks / Fusion 360 / Creo / CATIA or similar 3D software





Preferred Skills

3D printing knowledge

Prototype development

Basic understanding of machine parts and mould structures

Mechanical drawing and dimensions understanding

Creativity in industrial product design

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in:

Mechanical Engineering

Tool & Die

Industrial Design

Product Design

Mechatronics

or related field

ITI candidates with strong design skills can also apply.

Experienced candidates in tool room, mould design, buckle design, or machine design will be preferred.
