Job Title: Water Purifier TechnicianJob Summary

We are looking for a Water Purifier Technician to handle the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of domestic and commercial water purification and water treatment systems, including RO, UV, UF systems and filtration vessels.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair RO, UV, UF, and other water purification systems.
- Install, service, and maintain filtration vessels and water treatment units, including sand filters, carbon filters, water softeners, iron removal filters, and other media filtration systems.
- Carry out complete vessel installation, including vessel positioning, inlet/outlet piping, drain connections, valve installation, bypass arrangements, pressure gauges, flow connections, and system integration.
- Install and service multiport/manual/automatic valves, control valves, distributors, laterals, and associated vessel components.
- Perform media loading and unloading, including sand, activated carbon, resin, iron removal media, and other filtration media as required.
- Carry out backwashing, rinsing, regeneration, and media replacement according to system requirements.
- Inspect vessels, valves, fittings, pipes, unions, connectors, and other components for leakage, blockage, damage, or improper installation.
- Install and connect pumps, pipes, valves, pressure gauges, tanks, flow meters, dosing systems,



and related equipment.
- Check and adjust water flow, pressure, TDS, and overall system performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair technical faults and replace filters, membranes, pumps, valves, pipes, fittings, electrical components, and other spare parts.
- Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, flushing, and system commissioning after installation or service.
- Ensure proper piping, electrical connections, drainage, and safe operation of the complete water treatment system.
- Commission newly installed RO and water treatment systems and ensure proper operation.
- Explain system operation, maintenance requirements, and basic troubleshooting procedures to customers.
- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate installation, service, maintenance, and spare-parts records.
- Maintain tools, testing instruments, and service equipment properly.
- Follow company safety procedures, installation standards, and service quality requirements.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations and undertake installation/service work at residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

0–4 years

Experienced RO, water purifier, filtration vessel, and water treatment technicians will be preferred.
