SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting Senior Product Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced with 10+ yrs of progressive experience in Implementation SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant/Lead to drive design, implementation, and support of Central Finance solutions in S/4HANA landscapes. The role requires solid expertise in finance processes, system integration, and S/4HANA transformations to enable real-time financial consolidation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design and implementation of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) solutions
- Configure and manage finance processes including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO within CFIN
- Support S/4HANA transformation programs leveraging Central Finance approach
- Define system architecture, mapping, and replication strategy

System Integration & Data Replication

- Work with SLT (System Landscape Transformation) for real-time data replication
- Handle integration between ECC and S/4HANA systems
- Ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and reconciliation of financial data
- Collaborate with integration teams for seamless data flow

Finance Process Expertise

- Ensure standardization of financial processes across multiple source systems
- Work on document replication, initial load, and ongoing synchronization
- Perform financial data validation, reconciliation, and error handling





Project & Delivery Management

- Lead or contribute to end-to-end project lifecycle (Explore, Realize, Deploy phases)
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to SAP Activate methodology

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business users, finance teams, and leadership
- Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughs

Testing & Support

- Support unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Resolve production issues and provide ongoing support
- Ensure smooth system operations post go-live.

Other Requirements

- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / B.Com / M.Com.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
- SAP Central Finance Certification (Preferred).
- SAP Activate Methodology knowledge.
- Experience in global transformation programs involving multiple geographies.
