We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Property Advisor to handle customers interested in residential and commercial properties. The candidate will be responsible for lead follow-ups, property presentations, site visits, negotiations and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with qualified property leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Telecallers, Digital Marketing and Sales Manager.
- Handle negotiations and assist customers through the booking process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer records.
- Achieve monthly site-visit and booking targets.
- Assist customers with basic documentation and booking formalities.

Incentive Structure

- ₹10,000–₹15,000 per successful booking
- Additional performance incentives may be offered based on targets and project performance.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales/property sales preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida property market is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with site visits.
- Ability to handle customers independently from lead to booking.
- Positive negotiation and closing ability.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
