About the Role

We are looking for an aggressive, highly persuasive, and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive business generation and revenue growth for our flagship product, Quarto ERP.

This is not a tele-calling or lead-qualification role. We are looking for an experienced skilled who can manage the full sales cycle—from strategic outreach and executive demos to high-stakes contract negotiations and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Direct Business Generation: Proactively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of B2B client accounts across target industries.
- Full-Cycle Deal Closure: Lead the entire sales process from initial prospect engagement to contract sign-off and deal completion.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact, consultative product demos showcasing how Quarto ERP solves specific operational bottlenecks.




- Commercial Negotiations: Present tailored business proposals, handle complex objections, negotiate pricing, and secure multi-year software subscriptions with business owners and C-suite executives.
- Market Expansion: Leverage regional market knowledge and multilingual communication to expand our client base across Kerala and neighboring states.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of proven track record in B2B direct sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or ERP sales.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand business workflows (Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Supply Chain) and map software features to business needs.
- Language Proficiency:
- Mandatory: Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (verbal and written).
- Preferred: Proficiency in Tamil is a solid advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
