Job Description:

- Understand and maintain clarity of job profiles for all positions.
- Source potential candidates using multiple channels (job portals, headhunting, social networks, referrals, etc.).
- Screen and shortlist resumes to match job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare and extend compensation offers in line with company policy.
- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.
- Conduct pre-employment background verification.
- Arrange travel reimbursement for interview candidates (if applicable).
- Complete all pre-joining formalities as per company procedure.

Qualities required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English (English-medium education preferred).




- Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
- Experience in using job portals and skilled social networking platforms for sourcing and coordination.

Eligibility: B.Com, B.A, BMS & Other.
