We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Graphic Designer who can work across

performance creatives, social media, print, packaging, and website design. You will work

closely with the marketing, growth, and brand teams to create visually strong and

commercially effective designs for Old School Rituals.

What You Will Do

Create performance creatives for paid and organic campaigns, including ad creatives,

banners, and promotional assets

Design social media creatives for Instagram and other digital channels while

maintaining a consistent brand identity

Create print and production materials including packaging, cartons, labels, inserts, and

retail collateral

Prepare artwork and design files according to print and production requirements

Design website creatives, banners, product visuals, and other on-site assets that

support brand storytelling and conversion

Develop creative variations for campaigns and marketing initiatives based on briefs

and feedback

Work with the marketing and growth teams to translate campaign ideas into effective

visual communication

Coordinate with printers, photographers, and other external creative partners when

required

Maintain consistency in the brand's visual language across digital, print, packaging,

and other touchpoints

Make basic video edits for social media, ads, and campaigns when required

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design





Strong portfolio demonstrating work across social media, performance creatives,

print, packaging, and web

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or

similar tools is a plus

Good understanding of print processes and preparing artwork for production

Experience working with print and packaging vendors is a plus

Experience in D2C, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred

Strong understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy

Positive attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to understand a brief, take feedback, and deliver high-quality work within

deadlines

A strong visual sense with an interest in building distinctive and thoughtful brand

communication

Comfortable working from our Hyderabad office, 6 days a week
