Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen candidates and schedule interviews.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Provide basic business consultation and career guidance to interested candidates.
- Attend virtual training sessions and team meetings.




- Manage recruitment-related activities independently from home.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, laptops, and the internet.
- Self-disciplined and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
