Job Description – Clinical Associate / Junior Consultant

Department: ICU – Critical Care Medicine
Designation: Clinical Associate / Junior Consultant
Experience: 0–3 Years
Location: [Mumbai / Navi Mumbai]

Qualification:

- MD / DNB / IDCCM / MD Medicine / DrNB / Anaesthesia/ Respiratory / CTCCM
- ICU Certification with relevant ICU experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive clinical care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and manage patients requiring intensive care and critical monitoring.
- Assist in the management of emergency and acute medical conditions.
- Perform and assist with ICU procedures as per clinical requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Follow ICU protocols, infection-control practices,



and hospital guidelines.
- Ensure timely escalation of critical patient conditions to the concerned consultant.

Salary: ₹1.5 – ₹2.5 Lakhs per month

Candidate Profile:
A dedicated and clinically competent doctor with ICU experience, strong patient-management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a critical-care environment.

Registration:
Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) Registration is compulsory.
MMC application slip is also accepted.

Shift:
Rotational shifts as per hospital requirements.
All hospitals generally follow 8-hour working hours and 6 days working. Exact duty timings will be discussed during the HR round.
