- Interact and respond to customer queries over email, telephone, chat
- Both Inbound and outbound calling to solve customer issues
- Cross-selling of products to potential customers
- Resolving complaints and disputes e.g. damaged product received, shipping delay of orders, faulty products, etc
- Manage excel based reports for tracking issues
Note- 6 days working, with second saturday off
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
