Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Salesman to sell sanitary pads in the field. This is a target-based sales position. The candidate will be responsible for distributing/selling our sanitary pad products to retailers, medical stores, general stores, and other potential outlets.

Responsibilities:

- Visit retailers, pharmacies/medical stores, general stores, and wholesalers daily to sell sanitary pads
- Achieve a minimum sale of ₹2,00,000 (2 Lakh) per month
- Onboard new retail outlets/shops as customers and maintain relationships with existing ones
- Ensure proper product display and stock availability at outlets
- Submit daily sales and visit reports

Requirements:

- Must own a bike (mandatory)
- Prior experience in FMCG/pharma/personal care product sales preferred
- Valuable communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door/retail outlet visits
- Ability to consistently meet monthly targets

Salary & Incentives:

- Salary: Target-based (payable on achieving ₹2 Lakh sale/month)
- Petrol Allowance: ₹100/day (paid along with salary upon achieving target)
- Bonus: Extra bonus on sales above ₹2 Lakh

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
