Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming student enquiries and leads.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, career opportunities, and industry prospects.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions.
- Handle objections and resolve student/parent queries professionally.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for student onboarding.
- Participate in walk-in counselling, seminars, events, and admission campaigns.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, Inside Sales, B2C Sales, or a related field.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and counselling abilities.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Comfortable working with monthly targets.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Positive, energetic, and result-oriented approach.
- Good command of English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/lead-management systems.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from Education, EdTech, Skill Development, Animation & VFX, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, IT Training, or Skilled Training Institutes will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
