We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Interior Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from the initial inquiry through to project conversion. You will combine your interior design expertise with a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored solutions, manage client expectations, and achieve consistent sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Management
- Lead Management: Respond promptly to all qualified leads; proactively understand client requirements, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough design consultations and present compelling proposals. Negotiate terms effectively within approved pricing guidelines.
- Process Adherence: Strictly follow the firm’s approved Sales Framework during every sales chance to ensure consistency and quality.
- Revenue Generation:
Convert leads into signed projects and consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- CRM Documentation: Manage all customer interactions, follow-ups, and project records accurately using MS-Office/ Internal Softwares/ internal communications.
- Presentation Skills: Possess seamless presentation skills. 3D presentation skills would be an added advantage.
- Client Meetings: Able to attend client meetings and run through presentations smoothly
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in interior design sales or a similar high-ticket consultative sales role.
- Strong understanding of interior design materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture.
- Proficiency in professional client presentations.
