About the Role

We are looking for a Architect – Design & Project Coordination to support the planning, design development and execution of residential and real estate development projects.

The role will involve working closely with senior management, design consultants, structural and MEP consultants, project teams, contractors and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into functional, commercially viable and execution-ready architectural solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong architectural fundamentals, hands-on experience in design and documentation, good understanding of construction and real estate development, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Design & Planning

- Develop and support conceptual, schematic and detailed architectural designs for residential and real estate projects.
- Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, layouts, area statements and architectural details.
- Support master planning, space planning, unit planning, amenity planning and overall project design development.
- Evaluate design options based on functionality, aesthetics, constructability and project requirements.
- Translate project briefs and business requirements into practical architectural solutions.

2. Design Development & Documentation

- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings and GFC documentation.
- Develop architectural details, schedules, specifications and drawing packages.
- Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, constructability and design intent before issue.
- Maintain drawing registers, revisions and project documentation.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and design-related deliverables as per project schedules.

3. Consultant & Design Coordination

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, façade and other specialist consultants.
- Review and integrate consultant drawings with architectural requirements.
- Identify design conflicts and coordination issues and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
- Participate in design coordination and project review meetings.
- Track design changes,



approvals and outstanding technical requirements.

4. Site & Execution Coordination

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural execution against approved drawings and specifications.
- Review site conditions and provide design clarifications wherever required.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and site teams on architectural matters.
- Review shop drawings, material samples and technical submissions where required.
- Identify design-to-execution gaps and support timely resolution of site issues.
- Ensure design intent, quality and architectural standards are maintained during execution.

5. Statutory & Regulatory Coordination

- Support compliance with applicable building regulations, development control norms and statutory requirements.
- Assist with area calculations, FSI/FAR, setbacks, parking and other planning parameters.
- Coordinate with approval consultants and relevant stakeholders for statutory submissions and approvals.
- Maintain awareness of applicable local regulations and development norms, particularly for Hyderabad projects.

6. Project & Design Reviews

- Participate in design review meetings with senior management, consultants and project teams.
- Prepare presentations, design proposals and project updates for internal reviews.
- Evaluate design changes with respect to functionality, cost, timelines and project objectives.
- Support value engineering and design optimisation initiatives without compromising project quality.

7. Real Estate Development Support

- Provide architectural inputs during feasibility and early-stage project planning.
- Support evaluation of development potential through planning studies, area analysis and design options.
- Work with the Strategy, Projects, Sales, Marketing and other teams to ensure the product is aligned with market and project requirements.
- Contribute to design decisions that improve customer experience, project positioning and overall development value.





Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of qualified experience in architecture, preferably with a real estate developer, architectural consultancy, PMC or construction organisation.
- B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognised institution.
- Experience in residential, high-rise, premium/luxury residential, commercial or large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of architectural design, construction documentation and project execution.
- Ability to independently handle design development and architectural coordination for assigned project components.
- Good understanding of building planning, construction materials, architectural detailing and site execution.
- Working knowledge of applicable building bye-laws and statutory approval processes.
- Knowledge of Hyderabad real estate development regulations / GHMC / HMDA / DTCP processes will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work within project timelines.

Technical Skills

Must Have:

- AutoCAD
- MS Office – particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Architectural working drawings and documentation
- Construction detailing
- Consultant coordination

Preferred:

- Revit / BIM
- SketchUp
- Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray or similar rendering software
- Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of BIM-based coordination workflows

Preferred Experience
