Position: Customer Support (Voice) – Fresher

Eligibility: Graduates – 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs

Salary: Up to ₹2.8 LPA

➡₹18,000 in-hand + up to ₹3,000 night shift allowance + incentives

Shift: Rotational shifts

Working Days: 5 days/week

Week-offs: 2 rotational week-offs

Cabs: Available

Location: Airoli, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through calls and chat
- Provide timely and qualified resolutions
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records
- Follow process and quality guidelines
- Ensure a positive customer experience

Not eligible: B.Tech/B.E., M.Tech., Diploma, Pharmacy, LLB & LLM candidates.
