- Prepare project cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs based on drawings and project requirements.
- Estimate material, labour, equipment, and other project-related costs.
- Perform rate analysis and support preparation of project budgets.
- Prepare and update project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
- Monitor project progress and compare actual cost and progress against the approved budget and schedule.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Obtain and compare vendor and supplier quotations and support procurement activities.
- Verify quantities, measurements, and work completed at site.
- Maintain project cost records, supporting documents, and progress reports.
- Identify cost variations, additional works,



and deviations from the approved scope or BOQ.
- Assist in preparing work orders, purchase requirements, and contractor-related documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and delivery to site.
- Support management with project cost reports, progress updates, and budget tracking.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, project timelines, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with the site team to resolve execution-related issues and ensure timely completion of activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
