Key responsibilities

· Resurfacing brake rotors and drums: Turn down uneven or scored brake surfaces to ensure smooth braking performance.

· Turning down flywheels: Machine the surface of engine flywheels to ensure proper clutch engagement.

· Restoring shafts and axles: True up bent axle shafts or machine down worn areas to prepare them for sleeve installation.

· Re-threading components: Chase damaged threads or cut brand new internal/external threads on custom bolts, steering linkages, or suspension components.

· Fabricating custom bushings and spacers: Turn raw metal stock (bronze,



steel, or aluminum) into custom suspension or transmission bushings when OEM parts are unavailable.

· Verifying measurements: Frequently stop the machine to measure the workpiece, ensuring it meets strict automotive tolerances (often within fractions of a millimeter).

· Machine maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and sharpen lathe cutting tools to maintain accuracy and prevent machine wear.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
