Position: Textile Designer

Job Purpose

To create innovative and commercially suitable textile designs for home-textile products based on buyer requirements and current market trends.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop textile prints, patterns, colour combinations and product concepts.
- Create designs for kitchen, table, bed and other home-textile products.
- Develop buyer-specific collections and design presentations.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Sampling and Production teams.
- Prepare design repeats, colourways and artwork for production.
- Modify designs based on buyer comments and approvals.
- Research international home-textile trends, colours and patterns.




- Maintain design libraries and buyer-wise development records.
- Ensure designs are technically suitable for production.
- Support recent product and seasonal collection development.

Required Skills

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, textile print/pattern development, colour sense, repeat creation, trend research and home-textile product knowledge.

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design or related field.

Candidates from Karur and surrounding Karur areas only should apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
