key responilities:
provide technical support for destops,laptops
installation, configuration and troubleshooting of computer hardware
network setup and troubleshooting (LAN,WI-FI,routers,switches,etc)
installation,configuration and maintenance of CCTV system (IP&analog;)
maintain service reports and documentation
REQURIREMENTS:
minimum 1 year of exp in it system support (hardware, networking and CCTV)
valuable knowledge of computerhardware and troubleshooting
hands-on experience or basic knowledge of CCTV SYSTEMS (IP/ANALOG)
willing to travel for site visits within hyderabad and outside if requried
must have a valid two- wheeler and driving license
