Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Gynaecology/Infertility

Salary: ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month

Position Summary:

Bachan IVF Centre is seeking a qualified and dedicated Gynaecologist with hands-on experience in infertility management to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will manage OPD consultations, guide patients through fertility treatment plans, and work closely with the embryology and nursing teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Consultation & Diagnosis

- Conduct detailed OPD consultations for gynaecological and infertility cases

- Take patient history, review previous treatment records, and order relevant investigations

- Diagnose underlying causes of infertility in male and female patients

2. Treatment Planning & Execution

- Design individualized treatment protocols for IUI, IVF, ICSI, and ovulation induction

- Monitor follicular growth through ultrasound and adjust medication protocols accordingly

- Perform minor gynaecological procedures as required (e.g., HSG referrals, endometrial scratch, etc.)

3. Coordination with Clinical Team

- Work closely with embryologists, andrologists, and nursing staff for egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and related procedures

- Coordinate with the lab team for timely reporting and treatment adjustments

- Liaise with counsellors for patient emotional support during treatment cycles

4. Patient Counselling & Communication

- Explain treatment options, success rates, risks, and costs clearly to patients and families

- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism





- Support informed decision-making throughout the treatment journey

5. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records for every patient

- Ensure compliance with clinic protocols, ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) regulations, and medical ethics guidelines

- Participate in maintaining registers/documentation required under applicable ART/Surrogacy regulations

6. Follow-Up Care

- Monitor patients post-embryo transfer and through early pregnancy

- Provide guidance on medication, lifestyle, and next steps in case of treatment failure

- Support continuity of care for repeat cycles

Required Qualifications:

- MBBS with MD/MS/DGO/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology

- Fellowship/Diploma in Reproductive Medicine or Infertility Management (preferred, not mandatory)

- Valid medical registration with State Medical Council/MCI (NMC)

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in gynaecology, with exposure to infertility/IVF practice

- Sound knowledge of ovulation induction, IUI, and IVF protocols

- Ability to perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasounds

- Strong interpersonal and patient counselling skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience working in an IVF/fertility clinic setup

- Comfortable handling emotionally sensitive patient interactions

- Willingness to be based at, or travel to, clinic locations as required

Compensation & Perks:

- Salary: ₹1,30,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
