· Plumbing system planning and detailed engineering for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and mixed-use buildings.

· Domestic water supply, hot-water systems, flushing water, drainage, soil/waste and vent systems.

· Storm-water drainage, rainwater harvesting, sump/pumping systems and water-storage arrangements.

· Firefighting system design including hydrant, sprinkler, hose-reel, fire-water storage, fire pumps and associated piping.

· Fire detection/alarm interface coordination and integration with other MEP services.

· Pump selection, head/flow calculations, pipe sizing, pressure-loss calculations and hydraulic analysis.

· Equipment schedules, riser diagrams, schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams and detailed layouts.

· Coordination with HVAC, electrical, structural, architectural and civil disciplines.

· BOQ preparation, technical specifications, tender documentation and cost optimization.

· Shop-drawing review, material submittal review, technical evaluation and site inspection.

· Testing, commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.

Typical references include NBC of India, IS 1172, IS 2065, IS 1742, IS 5329, IS 3844, IS 15105, IS 15301 and other applicable standards, subject to project jurisdiction and the latest adopted editions.
