We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for a school and education institute in Thane. The role will focus on hiring teaching and non-teaching staff and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions
- Recruit Teachers, Coordinators, Academic Staff, Admin, Front Office, HR, and Support Staff
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment databases
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interviews, demo classes, feedback, and candidate follow-ups
- Manage offer discussions and candidate closure
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Coordinate with school management and department heads for timely hiring

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience




- Education / school recruitment experience is mandatory
- Experience in teacher recruitment is strongly preferred
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment closure
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Preferred

- Candidates based in Thane or nearby locations
- Experience recruiting for schools, colleges, EdTech, or education institutions
- Strong experience in teacher and non-teaching recruitment
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
