Ecosphere Technologies is looking for a WordPress Developer to join our growing team and work on real client projects involving WordPress website development, Elementor, hosting and website migrations.

This is a remote opportunity for someone who can work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver quality work within deadlines.

POSITION

WordPress Developer

Work Mode: 100% Remote
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month
Contract: 2-Month Third-Party Payroll Contract
Extension: May be extended based on performance and project/business requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on WordPress development experience
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and maintain professional websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Create responsive websites that work properly across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
- Build pages and sections according to design and business requirements
- Work with basic HTML and CSS when required
- Good knowledge of UI/UX.
- Perform website migrations
- Handle basic domain, DNS and SSL-related tasks
- Work with hosting panels such as cPanel
- Perform website backups, restoration and basic troubleshooting
- Identify and resolve common WordPress, plugin and website issues
- Test websites before delivery to ensure proper functionality and responsiveness
- Coordinate internally to complete assigned website tasks
- Take ownership of assigned work and meet project deadlines independently

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Minimum 1 year of practical WordPress website development experience
- Good working knowledge of WordPress
- Strong hands-on experience with Elementor
- Understanding of responsive website design
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Ability to troubleshoot common WordPress issues
- Familiarity with hosting, domains, DNS and SSL
- Experience with website migration and hosting environments
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision




- Good communication and attention to detail

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience with digital marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Knowledge of website performance optimization
- Experience with different hosting providers
- WordPress, Web Development, SEO or Digital Marketing certifications

Certifications are an added advantage but are not mandatory.

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

- Own laptop or desktop computer
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable workspace for work from home
- Ability to communicate and coordinate during required working hours
- Ability to independently manage assigned tasks and deadlines
