Social Media

- Manage Sashaa World's Instagram, Facebook and other relevant social platforms
- Plan monthly and weekly content calendars
- Come up with fresh Reel, Story, carousel and campaign concepts
- Write/assist with captions and social media copy
- Schedule and publish content
- Track content performance, engagement and growth
- Stay updated with current social media trends and adapt them to the Sashaa World aesthetic

Content Creation & Shoots

- Conceptualise and shoot high-quality product and lifestyle content
- Create engaging Reels, product videos, BTS content and campaign content
- Style products aesthetically for shoots
- Shoot content using a smartphone/camera
- Edit short-form videos independently
- Understand lighting, framing, composition, transitions, music and visual storytelling

Graphic Design

- Create premium social media posts, Stories and carousels
- Design website banners, sale creatives, ad creatives and promotional material
- Create email/WhatsApp marketing creatives when required
- Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all platforms
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and branding

Shopify & E-commerce

- Manage and regularly update our Shopify website
- Upload products, images, descriptions and collections
- Create/update homepage banners and landing pages
- Ensure products and collections are presented beautifully
- Assist with sale launches, discount codes and website campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve the website's visual experience and conversion

Skills We're Looking For





- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Excellent graphic-design skills
- Strong portfolio is MANDATORY
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Video editing using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software
- Hands-on experience with Shopify
- Strong understanding of Instagram and current content trends
- Good photography/videography sense
- Ability to shoot and edit content independently
- Robust aesthetic sense, particularly for home, interiors, fashion or lifestyle brands
- Good written English
- Organised, proactive and able to work independently
- Knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway etc. is an advantage

Who We're Looking For

We don't want someone who simply waits for briefs and executes them.

We want someone who looks at our Instagram or website and thinks:

"This could look better. Here's what we should shoot, here's the concept, here's how I would design it, and here's how we can execute it."

You should genuinely enjoy social media, design, content creation and building beautiful consumer brands.
