Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Salesperson / Field Sales Executive to join our team at Health and Wealth Personal Care Pvt Ltd. The selected candidate will be responsible for directly reaching out to customers, retailers, and distributors in the field to promote and sell our personal care and wellness products.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of field sales experience and must be comfortable with on-ground work, regular travel, and meeting new people daily. He/She should be energetic, confident, and target-driven with a robust understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned areas daily to meet customers, retailers, and distributors.
Promote and sell company products directly in the field.
Generate new leads and convert them into regular customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collect payments and maintain proper records of transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Report daily field activity and sales progress to the reporting manager.
Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction on the spot.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or direct selling.
Graduate in any discipline (10+2 with strong experience also considered).
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or local language.
Willingness to travel daily within the assigned territory.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of mobile apps and digital reporting preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
