JOB SUMMARY :

Are you an experienced healthcare professional looking to take your management skills to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hospital Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and that our staff is supported in their professional growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- -Overseeing daily operations of the hospital
- -Managing hospital staff and developing and implementing hospital policies and procedures -Monitoring hospital budgets and financial performance
- -Coordinating patient care services -Improving patient satisfaction and quality of care
- -Implementing best practices in healthcare management
- -Conducting regular staff meetings and training session
- - Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
- - Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- - Prepare operational reports and monitor hospital performance.




- - Support management in improving patient experience, efficiency, and revenue.

ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- - 2-3 years of experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations.
- - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- - Fluency in English and Tamil
