## 1. QC Executive – Quality Control

### Qualification

*B.Sc. Microbiology*

*Experience:* 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory workplace.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform *raw material, in-process and finished product testing* as per approved specifications.

* Conduct microbiological testing and maintain accurate test records.

* Collect samples from raw materials, production areas and finished products.

* Maintain laboratory records, test reports and related documentation.

* Ensure testing is carried out as per approved *SOPs, specifications and quality standards*.

* Identify and report deviations, abnormal results and non-conformities.

* Support investigation of quality-related issues and assist in corrective/preventive actions.

* Maintain laboratory equipment, glassware and testing areas.

* Ensure proper handling, labeling and storage of samples.

* Coordinate with Production and QA teams regarding quality-related matters.

* Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits.

### Required Skills

* Good knowledge of *Microbiology and laboratory testing procedures*.

* Knowledge of GMP, GLP and basic quality systems will be an advantage.

* Good documentation and analytical skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

* Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

## 2. QA Executive – Quality Assurance

### Qualification

*B.Sc. – Any Specialization*

*Experience:* 2–3 years of relevant experience,



preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and ensure compliance with *QA procedures, SOPs and quality standards*.

* Review and maintain production and quality-related documentation.

* Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and quality procedures at the factory.

* Conduct routine *in-process quality checks* and coordinate with Production and QC teams.

* Handle deviations, non-conformities and CAPA documentation.

* Assist in internal and external audits.

* Maintain quality records, checklists and reports.

* Support implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

* Ensure proper documentation and traceability of manufacturing activities.

* Coordinate with Production, QC, Stores and other departments for quality-related activities.

* Assist in maintaining and updating SOPs and other quality documents.

### Required Skills

* Good understanding of *Quality Assurance and documentation systems*.

* Knowledge of GMP, SOPs, CAPA and deviation handling will be an advantage.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

* Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a factory/manufacturing environment.
