Job Overview

We are hiring a Machinist / Machinist-cum-Technician. Candidates with dual expertise in machining and mechanical technician tasks—specifically valve assembly, hydrostatic/pneumatic testing, and troubleshooting—will be given solid preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate conventional/CNC machines (lathes, mills, drills) to manufacture precision parts.
- Perform assembly, disassembly, seat lapping, and trim adjustments on industrial valves.
- Conduct hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing per API/ISO quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical defects and assembly issues.
- Read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges).

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist trade.
- 3+ years experience in machining and valve repair/testing (GCC/Oil & Gas experience preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of valve overhaul, pressure testing, and troubleshooting.
