Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location : Mumbai

Field Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably with prior experience handling doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnos c centres, or other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should be confident in face-to-face client interac ons, comfortable mee ng doctors and healthcare decision-makers, and have a good understanding of medical terminology and the healthcare ecosystem. Educa on: Graduates from any field (science preferred) Key Responsibili es Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate current business opportuni es. Build and maintain strong professional rela onships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers. Understand client requirements and present QOBO.DEV’s products/services effec vely. Conduct product/service demonstra ons and explain key benefits to prospec ve clients. Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and market research. Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into clients.



Manage the complete sales cycle from lead genera on to closure and onboarding. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the internal marke ng, sales, and opera ons teams for smooth client onboarding. Stay updated with relevant healthcare, medical, and industry terminology. Required Skills & Qualifica ons 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare, medical, pharmaceu cal, health-tech, or related industries. Prior experience handling doctors as clients or prospects is strongly preferred. Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare workflows. Excellent verbal communica on and interpersonal skills. Robust presenta on, nego a on, persuasion, and rela onship-building abili es. Comfortable with extensive field travel and mee ng clients in person

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
