Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Sales Service Representative at Berry's Energy Services Pty Ltd. The Sales Service Representative will handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries, provide product and service information, and support customers in understanding solar solutions and pricing options. The role involves preparing quotations, following up on leads, managing customer accounts, and coordinating with technical and installation teams to ensure a smooth sales and service process. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems,



resolving customer issues promptly, and supporting after-sales service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The representative will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience with lead generation, converting prospects, and supporting the full sales cycle.
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written in English language.
- Basic understanding of solar energy systems, renewable energy, or technical products, with a willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or energy-related services is highly beneficial

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
