Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Melting Supervisor to join our team in Rajkot.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily melting operations, managing manpower and ensuring smooth production while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily melting and production activities.
- Monitor the melting process and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Manage and coordinate workers on the production floor.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Monitor raw materials and production requirements.
- Maintain proper safety, discipline and cleanliness in the workplace.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of melting and manufacturing processes.
- Strong team-handling and supervisory skills.
- Good knowledge of production operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage manpower and production targets.

Job Details:

- Experience: 2 years Experienced candidates preferred
